I didn't even manage to schedule appointment with doctor. The person who called me from doktorpro to schedule appointment hanged up on me. Very rude.
Good afternoon, Mr Igrutinović Dušan. We care about the comfort of our patients when contacting our clinics in our network. However, technical issues are not excluded and communication may be interrupted, which was the case in this occasion. We apologise for the inconvenience. At the same time, the operator made several more attempts to call back without the response. Also from our side we sent a letter to your e-mail.
